摘要
本文提出了一项图象编码新技术,它基于游程编码,适用于压缩灰度为黑白的二值图象的信息量.经过测试,本文提供了这种编码的有关数据及技术指标.
This paper presents a new image coding technique based on runlength coding, which can be used for information cutdown in two shades of gray (black and white) image processing. It supplies important data about the technique from testing.
