摘要
高校学报创新应以品牌建设为主旨 ,以学术创新为突破口 ,以市场效应为导向 ,以两个效益为落脚点。
The innovations of university journals lie in the following aspects, namely, university journals should be of excellent quality,make academic breakthroughs,meet readers' demands and at the same time pay special attention to the social and economic benefit.
