摘要
通过对长江三角洲两翼第四纪地层中第一层暗绿色硬粘土的剖面描述和微观分析、作者认为该硬粘土层是一古土壤层。本文根据种种观察和分析资料,探讨该粘土层的古土壤特征。
Basen on the description of profiles and the analysis of micro-morphology and concre-tion,the first hard clay layer in the two flanks of the Changjiang Delta is considered tobe paleo-soil.The main characters of the paleo-soil are:1.containing plant debries and root cavity;1.with the occurrence of argillification;3.with the occurrence of eluviation and precipatation;4.with detectable oxidation-reduction processes;5.without any bedding structures.
