摘要
高校图书馆是学校教学、科研的文献资源保障基地 ,其改革成效直接影响着高校教育改革目标的实现。加强馆员队伍建设 ,以读者为中心 ,加强文献信息组织工作 ,创建具有浓厚学习气氛的优美学习环境 。
Libraries of institutions of high learning are the base guaranteeing reference resources of teaching and research at school. Their reformation effect has a direct influence upon the realization of the aim of education reformation. They should strengthen the construction of librarian staff, center upon the readers, strengthen organization of reference information, construct a beautiful studying environment with great studying atmosphere so as to provide the school education reformation with the excellent service.
