摘要
高校旅游专业教师是旅游业研究与发展的先导者 ,由于其师资队伍建设决定着旅游人才培养的标准与质量 ,直接影响着我国未来旅游业发展的走势和进程 。
Teachers of tourism in institutions of high learning are pioneers of tourism research and development.Its construction of teaching staff determines the standard and quality of training talents in tourism and directly influences the direction and process of tourism development.Therefore,to construct a compund type teaching staff with comprehensive quality becomes an urgent problem to be solved immediately in our county's institutions of high learning at present.
