摘要
研究了在Pd(NH3) 2 Cl2 、NiCl2 ·6H2 O和NH4 Cl为基本组成的镀液中 ,Ni2 + 浓度对钯镍合金 (Ni含量≥ 2 5wt% )组成、硬度、孔隙率、耐蚀性等的影响。实验结果表明 ,在一定的工艺条件下 ,可以根据需要控制镀液中Ni2 + 浓度来获得不同含镍量的钯镍合金镀层。在Ni2 + 浓度为 6.5g/L、Pd2 + 浓度为 3.5g/L、比重为 1.0 7g/cm3、pH =7.5、电流密度为 2A/dm2 、温度为室温、镀层沉积速度达 0 .5 μm/min的工艺条件下 ,钯镍合金镀层中镍含量为 5 0 %。用原子吸收光谱仪测定金属离子浓度 ,用金相显微镜测定其厚度。对样品进行了弯曲试验、热浸试验、人工汗试验、显微硬度及孔隙率的测定。综合比较以上镀层各种性能 ,发现镍含量为 5 0 %的钯镍合金镀层具有较高的硬度。
The effect of Ni2+concentration in the bath solution on deposit composition,microhardness,porosity and corrosion resistance of Pd Ni alloy (Ni≥25 wt%) electroplated from bath solution containing Pd(NH3)2Cl2,NiCl2·6H2O and NH4Cl were studied. Results desired Pd Ni deposits with different Ni contents are attainable by controlling Ni2+concentration in solution under certain technological conditions.CNi2+=6.5 g/L,CPd2+=3.5 g/L,d=1.07 g/cm3,pH=7.5,DK=2 A/dm2,the deposition rate can reach 0.5 μm/min,at this technique conditions,Pd Ni deposit contain about 50%Ni. Concentration of metal ion was determind by means of atom absorbed spectrometer.Thickness was determined by means of metalloscope. Bend test, heat immersion test,artificial sweat test,measurement of hardness and porosity were done for sample. Properties of coating were compared.Pd Ni deposit contain 50 wt%Ni possess high hardness,lower porosity and high corrosion resistance.
