摘要
在 U V- B辐射增强条件下 ,研究了 3个不同类型水稻品种抗氧化系统的变化。结果表明 ,UV- B辐射胁迫使水稻叶片抗氧化物酶超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的活性先升后降 ,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASP)活性下降 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)活性上升 ;抗氧化物质类胡萝卜素含量下降 ,还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量提高 ,而还原型抗坏血酸 (ASA)含量除新株型稻在处理后期有所降低外 ,其它两个供试品种汕优 6 3和南川在处理期间均增加 ;叶片活性氧过氧化氢 (H2 O2 )累积 ,膜脂过氧化加剧 ,丙二醛 (MDA)相对含量增加。 3个供试品种的抗氧化系统变化幅度存在差异 。
The changes of antioxidant systems in three different tested rice cultivars under enhancing ultraviolet\|B radiation were investigated.The results showed that antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities increased at first,then signficiantly decreased. Ascorbate peroxidase (ASP) activities tended to decline, and the reverse was true in peroxidase (POD) activities.The contents of antioxidant substances carotenoid declined, while ascorbic acid (ASA) and glutathione (GSH) increased except that of ASA in New\|plant\|typed rice IR65600\|85 decreased under 21 days' UV\|B stress.The relative contents of hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) and malondialhyde (MDA) elevated. Additionally, the results indicated that the changes of antioxidant systems in the three tested rice cultivars were distinct.This may be responsible for their different adaptive responses to the stress.
