提高甘蓝型油菜离体培养再生频率的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以甘蓝型油菜为材料 ,研究了不同外植体、基因型以及 Ag+ 和赤霉素 (GA3)等对甘蓝型油菜离体再生的影响 ,建立了甘蓝型油菜高频率的离体再生体系 .不同基因型品种以 4 d苗龄的无菌苗子叶作为外植体 ,培养在 MS培养基上并附加 BA3.0 mg/ L,NAA0 .15 mg/ L,GA31.0 0 mg/ L,Ag NO32 .5mg/ L,在 2 3~ 2 5℃、16h光照 (2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0 lx)下培养 2 The effects of different explants, genotypes, Ag + and GA 3 on in vitro regeneration were studied in Brassica napus L. High shoot regeneration frequencies were obtained from the 4 day old cotyledon explants of various genotypes in MS medium added with BA 3.0 mg/L,NAA 0.15 mg/L,GA 3 1.00 mg/L,and AgNO 3 2.5 mg/L, and cultured for 27 days at 23 25 ℃ and 16 h day length (2 000~3 000 lx).
