摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 119只柴达木本地山羊和 110只杂种山羊血清运铁蛋白的多态性进行研究。结果发现 :被检两个群体山羊中有TFAA ,TFAB ,TFBB三种基因型 ,均以TFAA型为优势基因型。柴达木本地山羊和杂种山羊TFA ,TFB 的基因频率分别为 0 86 5 5、0 1345和 0 80 45、0 195 5 ,基因杂合度分别为 0 2 32 8和 0 314 5。
Chaidamu native goats and 110 crossbred goats were used to investigate the polymorphism of serum transferrin by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were three genotypes(TFAA,TFAB and TFBB)and the TFAA type was a preponderant genotype in two populations of goat.In both populations of Chaidamu native goats and crossbred goats,the frequencies of TF A and TF B alleles were 0.8655,0.1345 and 0.8045,0.1955 resp.and the gene heterozygosity were 0.2328 and 0.3145,resp. \ \
