摘要
网上银行是信息革命带给金融电子化领域的最新创意。本文阐述了网上银行的定义及其在电子商务中的地位 ,分析了网上银行业务功能 ,还阐述了实现网上银行功能的相关技术 ,同时探讨了解决电子商务支付瓶颈问题的方案 ,并展望了我国网上银行的发展前景。
