摘要
目的 :研究坤宁安丸对更年期大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞的影响。方法 :采用更年期大鼠模型 ,应用光镜和电镜观察大鼠卵巢组织学变化和超微结构。结果 :治疗组颗粒细胞超微结构与更年期对照组比较有明显差异 ,主要表现为线粒体和滑面内质网非常丰富 ,胞质内有大量脂滴 ,凋亡小体少见。结论 :提示坤宁安具有预防和延缓颗粒细胞凋亡而达到阻止卵泡闭锁、颗粒细胞分泌雌激素增多的目的 ,可能是防治更年期综合征的主要机理。
Objective: To study the effects of \%kunningan\% pill on ultrastructure in ovary granulocyte of menopausal rat. Method: Ultrastructure in ovary granulocyte of menopausal rat was observed with optical microscope and electric microscope. Results: There is disparity in comparison in granulocyte Ultrastructure between therapy group and menopausal group. It shows that there is plenty of plastosome and smooth endoplasmic reticulum and there are a great number of adeps drop in cyto plasma with only a little apoptotic body. Conclusion: \%Kunningan\% can prevent ovary granulocyte apoptosis, resist follicle atresia and promote more estrogen to secrete. The results indicate it might be a main mechanism precaution and treatment of climacteric syndrome.
