摘要
目的 寻找早期具有良好固定作用、后期较少引起骨质疏松的骨折内固定方法。方法 采用NT记忆合金齿臂环抱器内固定治疗四肢管状骨骨折 2 3例 ,其中股骨干骨折 9例 ,尺骨骨折 3例 ,桡骨骨折 4例 ,锁骨骨折 5例 ,掌骨骨折 2例。结果 所有病例均获随访 ,时间 4个月～ 3年 6个月(平均 1年 10个月 ) ,X线片示骨折均于术后 8～ 12周临床愈合。结论 NT记忆齿臂环抱器具有良好的抗弯、抗扭作用 ,有利于骨折愈合和减少固定后骨质疏松 ,为管状骨骨折提供了又一种内固定手段。
Objective To investigate a kind of internal fixator with good fixation in early stage and little late stage osteoporosis. Methods 23 cases of tubular bone fractures were treated by Ni Ti memory sawtooth arm embracing fixator, including 9 cases of fractures of the shaft of femur, 3 cases of fractures of the ulna, 4 cases of fractures of the radius,5 cases of fractures of the metacarpals, and 2 cases of fractures of the clavicle.Results All cases were followed up postoperatively from 4 months to 3 years and 6 months with an average of 1 year and 10 months. X ray showed that all cases achieved clinical union after operation for 8～12 weeks. Conclusion The embracing fixator possesses good anti bending and anti torsion effects. These characteristics are beneficial to enhancing fracture healing, reducing post fixation osteoporosis and providing another method for the treatment of tubular bone fractures. [
