摘要
中国加入 WTO以后 ,中国经济将进一步跟世界接轨 ,企业将向国际化迈进 ,而外国资本也将会更加深入和广泛地渗入到中国的市场中来。在这种情况下 ,竞争会更加激烈 ,且主要体现在要素市场 ,特别是人力资源的竞争上。如果中国企业不能通过人力资源开发和管理等手段有效地吸引和留住人才 ,那么在将来的竞争中会处于非常不利的地位。于是 ,如何迎接“入世”及知识经济到来人力资源管理与开发面临的挑战 ,以及如何将国外先进的人力资源开发与管理的方法和技术与我国的背景相结合等等 ,都需要我们深入地讨论和研究 ,以便为我国人力资源开发与管理事业探索出一条新路 [1] 。
With China's WTO entry, Chinese economy is more and more involved in the world economy as well as lots of enterprises. On the other hand, foreign capital is also rushing into our country. Under this situation, the competition is sure to be fiercer and fiercer, mainly in the market of resources. Maybe the fiercest is in human resources. If Chinese enterprises can't effectively attract and remain all kinds of talents by the way of HRM, they will be disadvantaged in the future competition. Therefore, with the upcoming WTO entry, how to face the challenge of HRM&D resulted from the WTO entry and Knowledge economy and how to combine the advanced methods and skills of HRM&D with our specific conditions need a lot of discussions and researches. Only by this way can we probe a new road for our HRM&D.
