摘要
目的 :探讨从心肝论证心理性阳痿的理论基础及治疗方法。方法 :心理治疗和药物治疗。结果 :心理治疗可以减轻患者的心理压力 ,恢复心理平衡 ;而药物治疗则通过调节心、肝功能 ,使其恢复正常 ,以保持人体正常的精神、情绪状态 ,则心神安宁、肝气条达、阳事乃兴。结论 :心理性阳痿的病变中心是心、肝功能失调 ,即心气抑郁 ,肝气不舒。
Objective This article discusses the theoretic f oundation and therapeutic management of reasoning psychogenic impotance from hea rt and liver.It suggests that the pathological changes of psychogenic impotance were caused by misadjustment of functions of heart and liver,which means depress ion of heart-qi and disorder of liver-qi.Methods The treatment o f the disease included psychogenic management and medication.Results Psychogenic management could release the patients'psy chogenic pressure,resume their psychogenic balance, and medication could regulat e their functions of heart and liver to help them become normal.The patie nts could keep ataraxia and smooth flow of liver-qi,their sexual function recove red.ConclusionThe dysfunction of heart and liver is the main cause of pa thological changes of the disease,i.e.the depression state of heart qi and diso rder of liver qi.
