摘要
系统分析了我国科技型中小企业的现状、特征和生命周期。认为我国科技型中小企业的生命周期可分为 4个阶段 ,每个阶段都有特有的主要问题 ,正确和恰当地解决这些问题 ,是企业顺利发展。
Based on systematic analysis of the condition,feature and life circle of China's sci tech typed small and medium sized businesses(SMB),the paper holds that the life circle of these SMB should be divided into four stages,each of which has its particular problems,and the correct settlement of these problems is the key to further development of the businesses.
