摘要
基于青岛海晶化工集团有限公司合成工段水洗塔系统酸水闭路循环工艺 ,着重阐述了此工艺的设计思路及方法 ,改进后装置运行状况良好 ,各项技术指标均达到设计要求。在 3万t/a装置上使用每年节约资金总额约为 70万元 。
Taking the closed cyclic acid water process of water scrubber for the synthesis of vinyl chloride in Qingdao Haijing Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.as example,the conception and methods of the design of this process were discussed emphatically.After modification,the equipment worked well and all the technical indexes met the design requirements.The application of this project in 30 000 t/a facility could save about 70 000 RMB$ per year and its social effect was good.
