摘要
聚烯烃具有低的表面能 ,对于未处理聚烯烃表面的粘接 ,采用普通的胶粘剂 ,通常难以得到良好的效果。研制了一种复合型的乳液胶粘剂 ,通过对乳液组分配比的调整及增粘树脂的选择 ,得到了优异的粘接性。经验证 ,该胶粘剂在对BOPP复膜的纸盒进行高速封口粘接时 ,经过一段时间的固化 。
Polyolefin have low adhesion strength because of low surface e nergy.A compounding emulsion base adhesive is prepared with vinyl acetate/acrylic copolymer emulsion and tackifier resin.The excellent bonding strength is obtained through adjusting the formulation of this adhesive.The testing results show:it is satisfact for this adhesive to bond BOPP/paper laminating box in any temperature.
