摘要
以聚醚多元醇、二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料 ,合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树酯 ,并以此为主体 ,通过添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂、增粘剂等制成光固化胶粘剂 ,用于生产夹层安全玻璃和防弹玻璃。研究了丙烯酸羟丙酯和活性稀释剂用量以及—NCO/—OH量比等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。采用光固化工艺和自制玻璃模具制备固化胶膜 ,进行力学和光学性能测试。实验结果表明 :当活性稀释剂用量为 5 0 %~ 6 0 % ,丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为 10 %~ 15 % ,增粘剂为 5 %~ 10 % ,增塑剂为 15 %~ 2 0 %以及—NCO/—OH量比为 0 .95∶1时 。
In this paper,the resin of polyurethane acrylates was systhesi zed by polyether polyols,diisocyanate and hydroxy propylacrylate.On the basis of the resin,photocurable adhesive were made through adding photoinitiator,active diluent,plasticizer and tackifier in order to prepare safety glasss and bullet-resistant glass.The influence of various factors were disscused such as content of HPA,active diluent and ratio of -NCO/-OH.Photocurable technology and glass mould were used to make adhesive layer which could be used fo r optical and mechanical experiments.The result show that photocurable adhesive hav e excellent properties when content of active diluent 50%~60%,HPA 10%~15%,tac kifier 5%~10%,plasticizer 15%~20%and -NCO/-OH=0.95∶1.
