摘要
目的 :评价扩张器导管外置的安全性。 方法 :选择 42 9例皮肤扩张术病案 ,分成注射壶内置组和注射壶外置组 ,统计并比较两组并发症发生率。 结果 :注射壶外置组的总并发症发生率 (13.5 % )、扩张器相关并发症发生率 (3.4% )和感染并发症发生率 (2 .4% )均低于注射壶内置组 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 :导管外置皮肤扩张法可降低扩张术并发症 。
Objective:To evaluate the safety of tube-out-laid skin expansion Methods:429 files of skin expansion cases were selected and divided into tube-out-laid group and tube-in-laid group Three sorts of complication rates were analyzed and compared Results:The rates of total complications,expander relevant complications and infectious complications of tube-out-laid group were 13 5%,3 4% and 2 4% respectively,which were all lower than those of tube-in-laid group(P<0 05) Conclusion:The tube-out-laid skin expansion could decrease complications with low infectious chances
