摘要
目的 :探讨腋臭的治疗方法。 方法 :通过对 2 0 6例两种不同方法治疗腋臭的回顾性研究 ,分析比较激光和手术治疗腋臭的优缺点和不同适应证。 结果 :应用激光治疗腋臭 110例 ,一次治愈率为 49.1% ,有效率约为 6 0 % ;手术治疗 10 6例 ,一次治愈率为 83.9% ,有效率约为 96 % ;经 1个月至 12个月随访 ,发现早期并发症主要是感染、血肿 ,后期主要是局部瘢痕增生 ,其中血肿主要见于手术治疗组 ,感染和瘢痕二组无明显差别 ,治愈后远期效果肯定 ,无异味复发。 结论 :激光治疗方法简单安全 ,适用于症状较轻的患者 ;手术治疗效果确切 ,治愈率较高 。
Objective:To investigate the treatment of tragomachalia Methods:By a retrospective study on 206 cases of tragomachalia treatment with laser and operation We analysis the advantage and disadvantage and indications of the two methods Results:110 cases were treated by laser,with 49 1% cured by once treatment and the effective rate was 60% 106 cases were treated by operation with 83 9% cured of one time treatment,the total effective rate was 96% Hematoma were mainly seen in the operation group,but there were no significant difference with the complications of infection and scar in two groups The long time results were satisfied with no tragomachalia recurrence Conclusion:The method of Laser treatment is safe and simple especially applicable to the cases with light symptoms The method of operation treatment has high cure rate,applicable to the cases with severe symptoms or failure treated by other methods
