人星形细胞瘤DNA含量和PCNA的定量研究

摘要 定量检测星形细胞瘤DNA含量和PCNA ,并探讨其与病理分级的关系 .方法 :应用图象分析技术对 13 6例人星形细胞瘤的DNA -Feulgen染色和PCNA免疫组化染色结果进行定量检测 ,并与肿瘤的形态分级进行对比分析 .结果 :PCNA阳性细胞灰度值与肿瘤分级关系不明显 ,而PCNA阳性细胞百分率及瘤细胞DNA指数与分级关系较好 ,二者随着分级级别的增高明显增加 .结论 To determine the expression of PCNA and nuclear DNA contents in astrocytoma, and to explore the relationship between the quantitative parameters and grading. Methods DNA contents and the immunohistochemical detection of PCNA were measured by using an automated image analyzer in 136 human astrocytoma cases. Then the expression of PCNA and DNA content were compared with grading. Results There isnt significant correlation between the gray degree of positive cell of PCNA and the grading, but the PCNA-position percentage and DNA index were correlated with grading. As the increasing of the grading, the PCNA-positive percentage and DNA index increased gradually. Conclusion The detection of PCNA and DNA content may be useful for grading of astrocytoma.
