摘要
随着数据服务器和LAN安装能力的急速增长 ,把大量的计算处理从主框架计算机移到单个台式计算机上 ,服务器将存放在许多台式计算机 (客户机 )上的信息集中并予以协调。Microsoft为了适应其发展推出了新的ADO(ActiveDataObject)模型 ,通过ODBC(OpenDatabaseConnectivity)的连接可以在VB(VisualBasic)工作平台下方便、快捷地接挂当前流行的后台桌面数据库系统 。
With the rapid increment of data server and capability of LAN's installment,most of the calculation capability are transformed from main frame computer to single table computer and the information stored in many table computer (client) are concentrated and coordinated by server.For the sake of adapting to that development,Microsoft produced a new model ADO(Active Data Object).Through the connection to ODBC(Open Database Connectivity),you can conveniently and quickly link to the today popular backer desktop database system under the VB(Visual Basic)workstation,and the way is inevitable trend.
