摘要
对 8 0例异位妊娠患者进行了病史、临床特点及病因分析 ,发现绝大多数年龄为 2 4～ 4 3岁 ,具 2胎或 2胎以上分娩史 ,具有人工流产等手术史 ,其中 1例为腹腔妊娠 ,79例为输卵管妊娠 ,提示异位妊娠与人工流产等手术操作有关。
The history of disease,clinical symptom and pathogeny of ectopic pregnancy of 80 cases were analyzed Most of patients have 2 or more than 2 children and ages are from 24 to 43 Most of cases have undergone induced abortion or other uterus cavity operation There is 1 case of abdominal cavity pregnancy and 79 cases of oviduct pregnancy The results suggested that there is a relationship between operation of uterus cavity and ectopic pregnancy
