摘要
目的 观察金因肽对过敏性口炎的临床疗效。方法 选择 2 0例过敏性口炎患者 ,随机分成两组 ,治疗组用金因肽溶液喷洒损害区 ,对照组喷洒安慰剂 ,将疗效进行对比研究。结果 治疗组平均愈合时间为 3d ,而对照组为 5 .5d ,治疗组的有效率 (60 % )显著高于对照组 (10 % ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组的总有效率 (10 0 % )亦显著高于对照组 (60 % ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 金因肽能快速促进过敏性口炎。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human Epidermal Growth Factor(RHEGF) for treating allergic stomatitis. Methods Twenty cases of allergic stomatitis were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. rhEGF solution was sprayed on the erosive areas of the treatment group, nevertheless, placebo sprayed on the ones of the control group. And then compared the results. Results The average curing time of the treatment group was 3 days, but that of the control group was 5.5 days. The excellent rate of the treatment group(60%) was significantly higher than that of control group(10%)( P < 0.05 ); the total effective rate of the treatment group(100%) was also higher than that of control group(60%)( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion RHEGF can accelerate the curing time of oral erosion and ulcer. Therefore, it is highly recommended and popularized.
