摘要
利用小叶碟添加法和饲料混药法测定了砂地柏的甲醇提取物对粘虫和玉米象的取食反应和种群繁殖率 .结果表明 ,粘虫对砂地柏甲醇提取物表现出强烈的拒食行为 .各处理的总校正死亡率均未超过 30 % ,但试虫在取食了一定量毒叶约 12h后 ,表现出明显的中毒症状 .甲醇提取物的 2个浓度处理对玉米象成虫的种群增长抑制率均达到 80 %以上 ,表现出很强的种群形成抑制作用 .
The biological activity of methanol extractives of Sabina vulgris on Leucania separata Walker and Sitophilus zeamais Mots were tested in laboratory by feeding leaf disc with the extractives and deed-extractive mixture respectively.The extractives had evident antifeedant effect on L.separata.While,L.seoarata appeared visible toxicosis syndrome,12?h after feeding the poisonous leaf discs,although the modified mortali-ties were no more than 30%.The used two concentraations of the extractives depressed the population of S.zeamais by over 80%.But the solvent acetone had some negative effect on the population reprodutive of S.zeamais adults.
