摘要
对纵坑切梢小蠹后肠正已烷和乙醇提取物进行GC -MS分析 ,检索出 18个化合物 ,其中单萜烯类化合物 11个 ,占检索化合物总数的 6 1.1% .经趋性反应测试 ,纵坑切梢小蠹对混合物I的趋向率达 6 5 % 。
Hindguts of Tomicus piniperde was extracted using hexane and ethyl alcohol.Two extracts were analyzed by GC-MS spectroscopy and 18 kinds of compounds were identified,among which 11 kinds of compounds were monoterpene.Experimental result showed that the ratio of taxis of T.piniperda to mixture I reached 65%,whereas the taxis of T.piniperda to other tested compounds or mixture was inconspicuous.
