摘要
光纤是一种重要的新型的信息传感材料 ,用预埋光纤的方法监测高分子基复合材料的固化过程是把智能材料与结构引入传统材料生产过程的尝试 ,将有利于传统材料的发展。该文阐述了光纤监测复合材料成型过程的原理和可行性 ,研制了两种分别依据相位调制和强度调制的光纤传感器 ,监测复合材料固化过程中的内部变化历程 ,监测结果比较灵敏、精确 。
Fiber optic is a new kind of information sensing material. Embedding fiber optic sensors into resin matrix composite materials to monitor the curing process is an important step in developing smart materials and structures in the production of traditional materials. This paper introduces the sensing of the molding of composites using fiber optics. The results illustrate the feasibility of the smart fiber optic composites system. Two sorts of fiber optic sensors based on phase modulation and strength modulation were used to monitor the composite during the curing process. They can sensitively and precisely monitor the composite curing process. This smart fiber optic sensing technology will be widely used in the future.
