摘要
目的观察首发精神分裂症患者于心、脑电图检查时施加心理治疗对疗效的影响。方法将首次发病,第一次住院治疗的精神分裂症患者研究组在系统药物治疗并常规心(脑)电图检查的同时施加心理治疗,对照组只进行系统药物治疗和常规的心(脑)电图检查。分别于治疗前1d和治疗后3个月末用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)进行评定。结果PANSS评分两组治疗前比较差异无显著性,治疗后3个月末研究组明显低于对照组。研究组显效率70%,对照组44%,疗效明显优于对照组。结论心(脑)电图检查时施加心理治疗,对首发精神分裂症患者疗效显著,能更有效地改善病症,控制症状,提高疗效。
Objective To study the influence of psychological treatment on the first occurrence of schizophrenia in EEG and ECG examination.Methods Choose at random patients suffering from schizophrenia and be in hospital for the first time,and divided them into research object group and reference group.The object group was given systematic medicine treatment and psychological treatment in EEG and ECG examination while the reference group was given only systematic medicine treatment and routine EEG and ECG examination.Evaluated them by PANSS on the day before the treatment and at the end of the 3rd month after the treatment.Results There's no marked difference between the PANSS analysis of the two group sbefore the treatment,but at the end of the 3rd month after the treatment the PANSS score of the object group was much lower than that of the reference group.Clinical observation showed that the percentage of evidenct effect of the object group and the reference group were respectively 70% and 44%.The outcome of the object group was much better than that of the reference group.Conclusions Psychological guidance in EEG and ECG examination has a good outcome in treating patients suffering from schizophrenia for the first time.It can improve the conditions of the patients and control the symptoms and has a beffer outcome.
