摘要
为探讨热风炉使用硅质格子砖断裂的原因 ,对武钢 1号高炉热风炉使用的两组硅砖作了使用性能研究 ,结果表明格子砖断裂的原因是由于硅砖在高温下急冷急热时产生的巨大体积膨胀所致。
The metallurgical properties of two set of silica bricks used in the hot blast stove of the No.1 BF have been studied in order to probe into the origin to the breakage of the silica bricks. Results indicate that the enormous volumetric expansion and shrinkage of the brick due to fast heating and chilling under the high temperature condition is the primary cause to the breaking of the bricks.
