摘要
提出一种可实现将标准等级细分的流体清洁度模糊综合评判方法。该方法依据 NAS1 6 3 8清洁度等级标准给出的各尺寸范围内颗粒数与清洁度等级的对应关系 ,通过对数插值的方法将清洁度等级进行了细分 ,并采用加权平均模型对流体清洁度进行模糊综合评判 ,较好地解决了由于标准中级与级之间距离过大、不能准确反映流体污染状况 ,以及评判中各尺寸范围内清洁度等级不一致时清洁度的等级评判问题 ,使评判结果能够更好地反映污染流体对系统的危害程度 。
The limitation of NAS1638 criterion is discussed and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented in this paper.The contamination level can be subdivided,according to the corresponding relationship between contamination level and the particles which is offered by NAS1638 criterion. Contamination level is subdivided by logarithm interpolation way and weighted mean fuzzy evaluation model is used to determine the contamination level of hydraulic fluid. Compared to the existing contamination level determination method ,the new method solved the problems that the contamination level can not represent the contamination state of hydraulic fluid because of the larger gap between the levels and the different contamination levels in different size distribution scale. The analysis of other criterion illustrates the method that can be used for the reference.
