摘要
设计了一套原位红外反射吸收电池 ,可以研究Zn在干湿交替条件下的腐蚀过程和溶液在Zn表面的挥发过程 ,结果表明溶液在Zn表面的挥发主要有三个阶段 .局部Zn表面在 1%NaCl溶液中浸泡 1h后在湿度为 5 0 %的净化空气中干燥 2 3h的周期性湿干交替试验 ,腐蚀产物主要是ZnO ,腐蚀产物的量在初期随着周期 (d)的增大而线性增加 .在 2 3h的干燥过程中 ,Zn的腐蚀速率随着干燥时间的增加而降低 .
In-situ infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRAS) was a very powerful tool for studies of corrosion processes of the confined metals in the atmosphere.In this paper,an in-situ IRAS cell was set up and the corrosion process of zinc and water evaporation in the drying process on the confined zinc surface exposure under periodic wet dry conditions was studied by in-situ IRAS.The water thickness on the confined surface of zinc could be calculated according to the optical index.The corrosion product formed in the initial stage of the confined zinc in the purified air with the relative humidity of 50% mainly was ZnO,The amount of corrosion product on the confined zinc surface increased linearly with day,the corrosion rate decreased with time during each drying process.
