摘要
目的 了解碱性纤维母细胞生长因子 (b FGF)与血管瘤及血管畸形的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP法 ,对 72例血管瘤和 2 0例血管畸形组织切片的 b FGF表达进行测定。结果 b FGF在血管瘤组织中高表达 ,而在血管畸形组织中低表达 (P<0 .0 1)。在血管瘤增殖期、退化早期和退化完成期三者之间 ,b FGF的表达存在着差异。血管内皮细胞增生程度越高 ,b FGF的表达越高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 b FGF与血管瘤的增殖和退化有关 ,与血管畸形无明显关系。
Objective To understand the relationship between basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and hemangioma(H)and vascular malformation(VM).Methods The expression of bFGF of the tissue sections of 72 cases with H and 20 VM were examined with SP immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of bFGF was significantly higher in the tissue of H and lower in the tissue of VM(P<0.01).There were significantly different expressions of bFGF in H among proliferative,early degenerative and completed degenerative phase:the higher the degree of proliferation of vascular endothelium ,the higher expression of bFGF(P<0.05).Conclusion bFGF was definitely related to the proliferation and degeneration of H,but was not remarkably related to VM.
