摘要
目的 为小儿手部深度烧伤寻找一种治疗方法。方法 采用早期削痂自体全厚皮片移植。结果 12例共 16只手外形及功能均良好。
Objective In order to find a way treat children's hand of deepburn. Methods Early tangential excision and full thickness skin grafting. Results Twelve cases (16 hands) all have good outlook and functional restoration. Conclusion Early tangential excision and full thickness skin grafting is one of the best ways to treat children's hand of deepburn.
