摘要
企业财务管理目标究竟应选择利润或效益最大化还是企业价值最大化 ,是当前学术界颇有争议的问题。本文坚持以企业价值最大化作为财务管理目标 。
It is still a debatable issue in the academy that whether the financial management target of an enterprise should be the profit maximization or the enterprise value maximization. This article insists on regarding the enterprise value maximization as the financial management target and then makes some arguments.
