摘要
针对剃齿加工中被剃齿轮齿面节点附近发生的齿形“中凹”现象 ,设计与制造一种新型的非等深容屑槽剃齿刀 ,分析了其容屑槽的形成机理 。
Aiming at 'mid concave'phenomenon around the pitch point of the gear surface in shaving process,a new shaving cutter with unequal depth gashes is designed and manufactured.The article analyses the mechanism of forming gashes and provides solution.
