5.001MHz低噪声综合器的设计思想及实施过程中的具体技术考虑,作者给予详述。该综合器的频率稳定度可达3.3×10^(-10)/ms和5×10^(-13)/s,特别适用于在双混频时差测量系统以及利用差拍周期法测频系统中作外差信号源。
This paper describes design ideas and special technical considerrations of a low noise 5.001MHz frequency synthsizer. The stability of the output frequency (respect to input) is 3.3×10^(-10)/ms and 5×10^(-13)/s respectively. It is a very good heterodyne source for the dual mixer time difference (DMTD) system and frequency measurement system using beat period method.
