中丹水平子午环水平轴晃动的测试与分析

摘要 本文主要分析与研究中丹水平子午环水平轴的晃动。该仪器水平轴的方向是由5点轴承支承系统的大齿轮端面的基准面所决定的,基准面的不平将引起水平轴的晃动。水平轴的晃动有两神影响:a.主镜S_1的晃动;b.测微器坐标系的移动。由于中丹水平子午环本身带有自校准系统,影响观测精度的主要是仪器水平轴的重复精度。因此,本文着重讨论水平轴晃动的重复精度。 The Sway of the horizontal axis for the DCMT has been analyzed and studied in this paper. The direction of the horizontal axis of the DCMT is determined by the basic plane of the end of the big gear. The deviation from a ideal plane for the basic plane causes the Sway of the horizontal axis. There are two kinds of effects of the Sway on instrument precision:a. Causing Sway of main mirror S_1, b. Causing displacement of coordinate system of the micrometer. since there exists an automatic collimation system of the DCMT, the observation accuracy is mainly influenced by the repeatability of the horizontal axis, so that the repeatability of the Sway for the horizontal axis is discussed with emphasis in this paper. The test and estimation show that the accuracy of repeatability of Sway is about 0.18' for the horizontal axis of the DCMT.
