局部应用rhGM-CSF治疗化疗后口腔粘膜炎疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨rhGM -CSF局部应用对口腔粘膜炎的疗效。 方法 40例联合化疗后的口腔粘膜炎患者 ,随机分为两组。治疗组 2 0例 ,予rhGM -CSF 5 0 μg +金霉素甘油 8ml+2 %利多卡因 1ml涂口腔 ,每日 5次 ;对照组 2 0例 ,予金霉素甘油 8ml+2 %利多卡因 1ml涂口腔 ,每日 5次 ,持续应用 ,直到溃疡愈合。 结果治疗组粘膜炎持续时间明显缩短 ,粘膜炎评分亦明显减低 ,与对照组相比 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论粒—巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM -CSF)不仅能刺激骨髓干细胞增殖分化 ,增强粒单细胞功能 ,而且能局部应用于溃疡表面 ,刺激表皮生长因子活性 ,促进溃疡早日愈合。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of topical rhGM-CSF treatment on oral mucositis. Methods 40 patients suffering from oral mucositis after combined chemotherapy were randomized divided into 2 groups. The treatment group were given topically a mixture of 50μg rhGM-CSF, 8ml glycerol-aureomycin and 1ml 2% lidocaine solution, 5 times 1d. The control group were administered a mixture of 8ml glycerol-aureomycin and 1ml 2% lidocaine solution, also topically, 5 times 1d. Treatment continued till the ulcers healed. Results The duration of mucositis in the treatment group was more shortened and the score was more lowered compared with that of the control group. Conclusion Granular-macrophagic cell colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) can stimulate the differenciation of hemopoietic cell in bone marrow and enhance the function of granular and mononuclear cells. When topically administered to the ulcer surface, it can stimulate the activity of epidermal growth factor and accelerate the healing of ulcers.
