摘要
目的 :寻求针灸治疗脑瘫的有效方法。方法 :将脑瘫患儿 30 0例随机分为甲、乙、丙 3组 ,分别采用针刺疗法、穴位注射疗法和穴位埋线法治疗。结果 :经统计学处理 ,甲乙两组差异无显著性意义 ,甲丙两组差异有显著性意义 ,乙丙两组差异有显著性意义。 结论
Purpose To explore an effective method of treatment of cerebral palsy with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods Three hundred children of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, and they were treated with acupuncture,acupoint injection and catgut implantation at acupoint, respectively. Results There were significant differences in the therapeutic effect between the group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, and between the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,but there was no significant difference between the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The group Ⅲ in the therapeutic effect was better than the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Conclusion Catgut embedding therapy is a better method for treatment of cerebral palsy.
