摘要
本文研究了纸上置换反应吸光光度法。向铅溶液中加入吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵,并将生成的沉淀吸滤在滤纸上,然后再让水样通过,水中铜置换铅后生成深黄色的吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铜,用纸上双波长吸光度差值法测定吸光度。 本方法进一步提高了选择性,检出浓度可达0.1ppb,相对标准偏差小于4%。
The addition of the aqueous solution of pyrrolidinedithiocarb-amate to a solution containing small amounts of lead ( Ⅱ ) ions produces a colourless due to a colloidal suspension of lead pyrrol-idinedithiocorbamate to be deposited on a small piece of paper through a filtering pipette, followed by, the water somple containing copper flowing through the filter paper, and a displacement reaction occurs, a yellowbrown colour due tp formed copper pyrrolidin-edithiocarbamate, The fleck is then measure'd with 721 spectrophot-ometer at wavelengthmax 436nm, λ0=700 nm. A trace amount of copper in water were determined, with Cmin =0.1 ppb and the cofficent of variation is not more than 4%.
