摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变（ＤＰＮ）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一，川芎嗪具有减轻血液高凝状态，抗血管纤维化作用，山莨菪碱则能够解除血管痉挛，改善微循环，故应用川芎嗪与山莨菪碱联合治疗本病４８例，结果显示：此 ２种药物联合应用，可明显改善ＤＰＮ患者的症状。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. Ligus- trazine can relieve hypercoagulability, counteract vascular fibrosis, and anisodamine can relieve vascular spasm and improve microcirculation. Combination of ligus- trazine and anisodamine were employed for the treatment of DPN (48 cases). The results showed that the above two medicines can markedly relieve the symptoms and signs of DPN.
