摘要
目的 建立一种快速、准确测定仲辛醇产品中微量辛酮的方法 ,用于仲辛醇的质量控制。方法 采用柱前衍生HPLC法测定了仲辛醇中的辛酮含量 ,用C8柱分离 ,乙腈 /水作流动相 ,检测波长为 4 80nm。结果 实验表明在浓度为 6 5~ 6 5mg/L的线性范围内 ,可进行样品的定量分析 ,最低检测限为 0 16mg/L。结论 该方法应用于仲辛醇中少量的杂质辛酮的测定 。
Objective To found a fast and exact method for the determination of octanone in 2-octanol.Methods Pre-column-HPLC with C 8 column was applied ,It was eluted with CH 3CN-H 2O and detected at a wavelength of 480nm.Results In the range of concentrations 6.5~65mg/L octanone could be quantified,and the detection limit was 0.16mg/L.Conclusion This method was applied to the determination of trace octanone in 2-octanol and the satisfactory result was obtained
