摘要
目的 :从荨麻中提取多糖。方法 :采用二次醇沉、活性炭脱色、聚酰胺柱吸附等方法从荨麻中提取荨麻多糖 ,对粗多糖的纯化方法进行了探讨 ,应用硫酸 苯酚比色法对荨麻多糖的含量进行了测定。结果和结论 :测得多糖的含量为 6 5 .3%。
OBJECTIVE:Polysaccharides in Urtica fissa E. Pritz. was extracted and purified.METHODS:The purified polysaccharides is determined by colourimetry with sulfuric acid phenol as colourimetric reagent.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The content of polysaccharides in purified extracts is 65.3%.
