摘要
目的 :检查有机药物中残留的溶剂三氟醋酸。方法 :将药物进行氧瓶燃烧破坏后 ,用茜素氟蓝比色法测定氟 ,再换算成三氟醋酸的量。结果 :检测限为 4.6 μg的三氟醋酸 ,线性范围为 5～ 30 μg氟 (r=0 .9990 ) .结论 :该检查方法较简便 ,灵敏 。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the amount of residual organic solvent trifluoroacetic acid in organic drug substances.METHODS:The sample was decomposed by oxygen flask combustion method. The fluorine was determined by colorimetry and the corresponding amount of trifluoroacetic acid was calculated.RESULTS:Detection limit of the method was 4.6 μg trifluoroacetic acid; calibration curve was linearity within the range of 5～30 μg fluorine ( r =0.9990).CONCLUSION:The method is simple , sensitive , reliable and applicable to determine residual trifluoroacetic acid in organic drug substances.
