摘要
以萃取 - 反萃取处理萘系染料活性艳红K 2BP生产废水 ,在最佳工艺条件下 ,一级萃取出水COD <5 0 0mg/L ,萃取效率达 95 % ,经后续活性炭吸附和中和沉淀处理 ,COD <15 0mg/L ,pH =6 5~ 7 5 ,色度 <80倍 ,出水达到国家二级排放标准 ;反萃取效率 10 0 % ,萃取剂可以循环使用 ,有机物浓缩倍数可达 8倍 ,COD约为 8 0× 10 4 mg/L ;
An extraction-stripping technology was adopted to treat Reactive Brill iant Red K-2BP (a kind of dye) production wastewater. Under the optimum conditions, the COD level in the raffinate of the first stripping could be ~{*)~}reduced~{**~} to less than 500 mg/L and the highest COD removal efficiency was 95%. The COD value and the color of the raffinate can meet the National Wastewater Discharge Standard after firstly treated with active carbon and then lime neutralization. The efficiency of stripping was 100% and the extractant could be recycled without changing its properties. T he extracted organics from wastewater could be condensed more than 8 times and the COD of the concentrated solution was appr oximately 8.0~{!A~}10~{*,~}4 mg/L. Its main constituents were Reactive Brilliant Red K-2BP could be recovered by saltin g out process.
