摘要
本文详细地叙述了UHF频段低噪声宽带放大器的设计及其应用。放大器由三只低噪声双极晶体管2sc3358组成,制作在环氧玻璃纤维敷铜板上,并安装在一个90×50×30mm^3的铝制屏蔽盒内。其性能为:频率范围470～970MH_2,增益>28dB,噪声系数(合混频器)<1.5dB。
This paper describes a low noise Broad band design of the amplifier and its applications at UHF band. This amplifier comprises three bipolar transistors ( 2 SC3358 ) mounted on a metallized dielectric plate in an enclosure ( 90 × 50 × 30mm3 ) . This amplifier have the following characteristics: frequency band 470-970MH2, gain>28dB, noise figure ( followed dy a mixer ) <1.5dB.
