摘要
为验证外用中药制剂补蚀散对股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效 ,应用补蚀散外敷法治疗各种原因所导致的股骨头缺血性坏死患者 12 0例 15 6髋 ,应用成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效评价法 (百分法 )对患者用药前和用药后 6个月的临床症状和X线情况分别进行评价 ,并进行统计学处理。结果显示 ,不同病因导致的不同分期的股骨头缺血性坏死患者用药前后的分数对比 ,均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,提示该药对各种原因导致的股骨头缺血性坏死均有效。治疗组与对照组总有效率对比 ,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示治疗组疗效优于对照组 ,表明纯中药制剂补蚀散外用对于股骨头缺血性坏死有肯定的疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese herb preparation-Bushisan on the treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head(ANFH). Methods: One hundr ed and twenty cases (156 hips, treatment group ) with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head caused by all kinds of reasons were treated by external application Bushisan, 45 cases (58 hips, control group ) with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head caused by all kin ds of reasons were treated by traditional braking and Chinese medicine . Then th e clinical symptoms and X ray findings before the treatment and 6 months after t he treatment were evaluated by Scoring Criteria Formulation of Adult ANFH, and w ere analyzed in statistical methods. Results: There was significant difference i n the scores before and after the treatment (P<0.01) of ANFH caused by all kinds of reasons; there was significant difference in the scores before and after the treatment (P<0.01) of ANFH in different degrees; there was significant differen ce in the effective percentages of treament group and control group (P<0.05). Co nclusion: Bushisan has effect on Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head caused by al l kinds of reasons as well as in different degrees, and the therapeutic effect i s more significant in treatment group than that in control group. Chinese herb p reparation-Bushisan has definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of Avascula r Necrosis of Femoral Head .
