摘要
目的 :为使嘎木朱尔涂膜剂的临床用药安全、合理 ,而对其毒性作用进行了考察。方法 :将嘎木朱尔涂膜剂分为高、中、低三个剂量组 (按其浓度为 0 .172 g/ml,0 .0 86 g/ml,0 .0 43g/ml)给药 ,用于家兔皮肤 ,同时做空白基质对照 ,测定其涂膜剂对家兔皮肤的急性毒性、长期毒性试验。结果 :各给药剂量组和空白基质对照组对家兔的体重增长 ,脏器系数 (g/ml)、血液常规 ,生物化学等项指标的测定均无显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论
Objective:In order to use Gamuzhuer film safely and reasonably in clinic practice,we test its toxicity.Methods:The rabbits for the experimental study were divided into four groups,high、medium,low dose groups and base control group,according to different items to study acute toxicity of skin,long-term toxicity experiment,etc.Results:The results showed no significant statistical difference between each dose group and the base control group in the parameters of weight-growth,visceral coefficient and specific tests of blood as well as biochemical examination (P>0 05).Conclusion:Long term use of Gamuzhuer film has no toxicity to rabbits,and it can increase the healing of injured skin.
