摘要
从亲本病毒及其启动子的选择 ,外源毒素基因、昆虫专性激素和酶基因、增效基因、标记基因、宿主反义RNA基因的引入 ,病毒自身基因的修饰以及重组病毒的安全性等方面综述了该领域的最新研究进展 .
As an alternative to chemical control, recombinant baculovirus insecticides have shown attractive potential in insect management. Advances of studies on the recombinant baculovirus insecticides are reviewed including the choices of parental virus and its promoter, the introductions of foreign toxin genes, insect hormone genes, enzyme genes, enhancing genes, mark genes and host antisense RNA genes, and the modifies of itself genes. The safety of recombinant virus to the environment is also discussed.
