摘要
为了探讨中药灌洗在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的作用 ,应用自制中药灌洗液治疗该病 71例 98个关节 ,经与西药组疗效对比 ,统计学处理具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。说明中药组治疗作用明显优于对照组 ,并能有效地稀释关节液 ,促进滑液代谢 ,改善膝关节内的紊乱环境 ,缓解症状。
To explore the therapeutic effect of the therapy of lavation with traditional Ch inese Drug (TCD) on the treatment of knee arthritis, 71cases (98 knee joints ) w ith knee arthritis were divided into 2 groups equally: TCD group (treated with t he therapy of lavation with Chinese traditional drug ), Control group (treated w ith western medicine ).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of TCD gro up was more significant than that in Control group, TCD also could dilute joint fluid, promote the metabolism of synovia, improve the disturbed environment of t he knee and symptoms.
